Store setup
The setup guide on the dashboard home (and the progress card in the sidebar) walks you through these in order.
Store profile
Store → Store builder → Store profile
- Store name — what customers see on your storefront.
- Store URL slug — your shop’s address (
<slug>.sellub.com). - Shop description — a short paragraph about what you sell.
- Logo & banner — recommended 200 × 200 px square logo and a 1200 × 400 px banner.
- Contact & social — phone, email, website, and Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok.
- Policies — your return & refund policy and your shipping & delivery policy.
- Brand colour — tints buttons and accents on your branded storefront. Leave blank for the default green.
Store location
Store → Store builder → Store profile → Location
Use “Use My Location” to auto-fill, or enter your Ghana Post GPS code. Your location is used to calculate delivery cost from your store to the customer.
Store hours
Store → Store hours
Set the days/hours you accept orders. Customers see “Open” or “Closed” on your storefront based on these hours.
You can also temporarily disable your store on the same page (Current status) without losing your hours.
Delivery zones & pricing
Studio → Logistics → Zones and prices
- Click Add destination.
- Pick a city (e.g. Accra).
- Set the delivery price in GHS.
You can have as many destinations as you need, and Add a courier if you use your own. See Delivery setup for the details.
Payment account (required to receive payouts)
Money → Payment account
- Identity verification (KYC) — your ID type (Ghana Card or passport), ID number, legal name, date of birth and a photo of the document. You do this once for all your shops.
- Payout accounts — click Add payout account, choose Mobile Money or Bank, and enter the account number. We confirm the account holder’s name with Paystack before you save it.
- Publish your store — once both are done, Submit for review.
Your shop can’t go live without a payout account: every sale is split straight to it at checkout, so there must be somewhere for your money to go.
Branded store extras (Custom Domain plan only)
Store → Store builder → Domain
- Add your custom domain (e.g.
shop.mybrand.com). - Add the DNS record we show you at your DNS provider.
- Verify it — the status changes from Pending DNS verification to Domain verified and active.
DNS propagation can take up to 48 h. Once verified, your storefront is live at your domain.
