Store setup

Use the Setup Checklist banner on the dashboard home to work through these in order.

Store profile

Store → Profile

  • Shop name — what customers see on your storefront.
  • Shop description — a short paragraph about what you sell.
  • Logo & banner — recommended square logo and a 1200 × 400 px banner.
  • Contact info — phone, email, social links (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X).
  • Brand colour — tints buttons and accents on your branded storefront. Leave blank for the default green.

Store location

Store → Location

Use “Use My Location” to auto-fill, or enter your Ghana Post GPS code. Your location is used to calculate delivery cost from your store to the customer.

Store hours

Store → Hours

Set the days/hours you accept orders. Customers see “Open” or “Closed” on your storefront based on these hours.

You can also temporarily disable the store with Store → Status → Disable Store without losing your hours.

Delivery zones & pricing

Store → Delivery Zones

  1. Click Add Delivery Destination.
  2. Pick a city (e.g. Accra).
  3. Set the delivery price in GHS.
  4. Optionally add free-delivery thresholds.

You can have as many zones as you need. Customers only see zones you’ve enabled.

Payment account (required to receive payouts)

Money → Payment Account

  • Choose Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or Bank.
  • Enter the account number — we verify it with Paystack.
  • Status progresses: Pending VerificationVerified by Paystack.
⚠️

Until your account shows Verified by Paystack, you cannot withdraw payouts. Verification usually takes 24–48 h.

Branded store extras (Type 2 only)

Store → Domain Settings

  1. Add your custom domain (e.g. shop.mybrand.com).
  2. Add the CNAME record we show you at your DNS provider.
  3. Click Verify DNS.

DNS propagation can take up to 48 h. Once verified, your storefront is live at your domain.
