Name and price

A clear, searchable name and the base price in GHS.

High-quality, well-lit photos. The first photo is the main one shown in search results.

Tip: Square images (1:1) display best across the storefront and shopping feeds.

Description

What it is, what makes it special, sizes/materials, care instructions. Use bullet points for scannability.

Stock

How many you have. Sellub auto-decrements as orders come in. Use a negative threshold to allow pre-orders.

Variants (optional)

Add option groups like Size or Colour, then generate variants. Each variant can have its own price, SKU, and stock.

Save & enable

Toggle Enabled to publish to your storefront.

Categories (collections)

Catalog → Collections — group products into categories shown on your storefront. Examples:

  • “New arrivals”
  • “Bestsellers”
  • “Men’s wear / Women’s wear / Kids”

A product can belong to multiple collections.

Tips for great listings

  • Photos beat words. 5+ angles converts better than long descriptions.
  • Lead with the value. First line of the description is what customers see in previews.
  • Set realistic stock. Overselling damages trust and your seller rating.
  • Use variants, not duplicate products. Customers expect to pick size/colour on a single product page.

Product visibility

  • Enabled / disabled — toggle on the product page. Disabled products stay in your dashboard but are hidden from customers.
  • Featured — promoted on your storefront home page.
  • Out of stock — automatic when stock hits zero (configurable threshold).
