Forge — automation, custom software and DuabaOS

DuabaLabs’ engineering arm: the team behind the engines and all client work.

Forge (DuabaForge) designs, builds, hosts and runs software — the Duaba engines and projects for clients. For clients it does four things: it automates the manual work inside a business, builds the custom software that doesn’t exist yet, deploys DuabaOS (an operating system that runs a company’s departments with AI, behind a human approval gate and an audit log), and hosts and operates all of it. Forge also builds and maintains DPS, the development and deployment engine the rest of the ecosystem runs on.

What Forge offers

  • AI Automation — workflow automation on a hosted n8n runtime, AI agents for drafting, extraction and triage, WhatsApp, email and phone intake, and integrations with the tools a business already pays for.
  • Custom Software — web and mobile applications, APIs and backend systems, internal tools and dashboards.
  • DuabaOS Platform — a private instance, industry-customised dashboards, and a human approval gate on every action.
  • Hosting & Managed Infrastructure — managed cloud and VM hosting, domains, SSL, email and DNS, automated backups and restore drills, monitoring and incident response.
  • Marketplace (in development) — automation templates and industry dashboard packs, installable without an engagement.

How to work with Forge

Engagements start with a free discovery call or a written project brief at duabaforge.com , and come in four shapes: an Automation Sprint (one process), a Custom Build (a project), a DuabaOS Deployment (setup, then monthly), and Enterprise & Managed (an annual contract), with hosting and support retainers alongside. Starting prices are on the site; final scope is priced after the call. Referral partners and agencies can also bring work in.
