Start selling
Opening a shop takes a few minutes. You can build it straight away; it goes live on the Sellub marketplace once we’ve checked who you are.
Sign up
Go to https://dashboard.sellub.com/signup (or click Open a Shop at the bottom of sellub.com ). Enter your shop name, your email and a password. Your name and phone number are optional.
Verify your email
We send a verification link to your email. Click it — your shop is created and you can sign in to the dashboard.
Build your shop
Add products, set up your store profile and delivery. Nothing is visible on the marketplace yet, so take your time — see Store setup.
Verify your identity and add a payout account
In Money → Payment account: submit your ID (Ghana Card or passport) and add the bank or Mobile Money account you want to be paid into. Until your identity is verified you can’t publish or upload product images, and the number of products you can add is capped.
Submit your shop to go live
Still in Money → Payment account, click Submit for review under Publish your store. Our team checks your identity and approves your shop — you’ll get a notification either way, and if we can’t approve it, the reason.
Choosing a plan
Every shop starts on Marketplace — free, 5% commission. You can move to a paid plan any time. See Choosing a plan for the full table and add-ons.

Your products and orders stay with you when you change plan.
Your shop’s status
The Publish your store card in Money → Payment account shows where you are:

| Unpublished | Your shop is being set up. Complete identity verification and add a payout account, then submit. |
| In review | We’re checking your identity. |
| Live | Your shop is on the marketplace. |
Didn’t get the verification email? Check your spam folder, or use Resend email on the sign-up page. If it’s still missing, email support@sellub.com with the address you used.
