Billing & Plans
Studio is sold as monthly plans in Ghana cedis. Every price includes VAT, NHIL and GETFund. You pay in Studio, under Plan & billing, by card or with Mobile Money, through Paystack.

- Starter: the visual calendar and scheduling, core analytics, a weekly summary and a warning before a channel stops working, and email support.
- Growth: everything in Starter, plus unlimited scheduled posts and Autopost, team seats and approval workflows, API access and webhooks, advanced analytics and priority support. Autopost and API keys are not part of Starter or the free trial.
- Business: everything in Growth, plus onboarding and a named contact.
- Managed: a dedicated strategy and content team that creates, schedules and publishes for you, with community management and paid options, and a workspace where you monitor and approve. Each engagement is scoped with you; see Managed Service.
The free trial
Every new workspace starts on the free trial: one connected channel and one post, with pictures, plus a taste of the AI: five AI posts and 15 credits (enough for one AI image), once you confirm your email. Video and team seats are not part of the trial. No card is needed, and the workspace stays on the trial until you subscribe.
AI posts and credits
- AI posts. Each Generate, Shorten, motion graphic, poster, carousel or Canva fill is one AI post. Your plan includes a number each month; once they are used, each further one costs 1 credit.
- AI credits pay for AI images and video. Your plan’s credits are used first and do not carry over to the next month. Bought credits never expire. One credit is GH₵0.10.

Paying
Only the workspace owner can choose the plan and pay.

You are taken to Paystack’s page to pay, then back to Studio, which confirms the payment. A receipt goes to your email.
When a plan ends
When the Mobile Money months run out, or a cancelled card plan reaches the end of the month it paid for, the workspace goes back to the free trial’s limits. Nothing is deleted: channels beyond the trial’s one are paused, and they come back as soon as you pay again. Studio lets you know before a plan ends.
Cancelling
The workspace owner can cancel a card plan at any time from Plan & billing → Cancel the plan. Your card stops being charged, and you keep the plan until the end of the month you paid for; then the workspace goes to the free trial, as above. A plan paid once with Mobile Money has nothing to cancel: Plan & billing shows when it ends.
Refunds are handled case by case, as set out in the Terms of Service on duabaconnect.com .
Autopilot (coming soon)
Autopilot is not on sale yet. The prices below are what it will cost.
An add-on for Growth and Business: Studio plans each brand’s content calendar, makes the posts on a schedule and puts them up for your approval.

Two extra plans a month per brand are included; more cost 40 credits for a month or 15 for a week. The posts it makes use your AI posts and credits like any other. Not available on Starter or the free trial.
