1. What is Proxy Fidelity?
Proxy Fidelity is a platform built for the Ghanaian diaspora — people living abroad who want to buy land, build homes, run farms, or manage rental properties back home, safely and with full visibility.
Buying land or managing a project from thousands of miles away is hard. It is easy to be defrauded, hard to know who is doing the work, and stressful to keep track of money. Proxy Fidelity solves this by putting everything in one place:
- Land Acquisition — a step-by-step Ghana land-buying process with 7 layers of due diligence, from finding and verifying the land to registration at the Lands Commission and a title certificate.
- Building & Construction — design, permits, artisans, materials, and the construction itself.
- Farm Management — planning, permits, labour, resources, planting, crop management, and harvesting.
- Property Management — a portfolio dashboard for running one or many short-let / rental properties (Airbnb, Booking.com, and more).
- Hotels and guesthouses — rooms, bookings, housekeeping, meters, and guests for a property run as a hotel.
- A Project Wallet — fund your project securely online and watch every cedi that is spent.
- Documents, messages, tasks, and reports — everything about your project, in one trustworthy record.
Different people use Proxy Fidelity in different ways. A client watches their project and funds it. A supervisor manages the work on the ground. Finance and operations staff keep everything moving and honest. This guide has a section for each type of user.
2. Getting Started: Signing In and Finding Your Way Around
2.1 Signing in (with the security code step)
Every user — client, supervisor, admin, or artisan — signs in the same way.
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign in.
- The Enter the code screen appears. This is a two-step security check that protects your account: we send a six-digit code by text message to the phone number on your account. Type it in — it is checked as soon as all six digits are in, or click Verify and continue. The screen tells you how many minutes the code is valid for.
- If your account was set up with a temporary password, the first time you sign in you are asked to create your own password before you continue.
- Once the code is accepted, you land on your Dashboard.
That is it — you are in. The two-step code means that even if someone learns your password, they still cannot get into your account without your phone.
Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in page. Enter the email address on your account and we email you a link to reset it.
No account yet? The sign-in page also has a No project yet? Submit a request link. It opens the project request form, which you can fill in without an account (see Section 5.2).
2.2 The dashboard and the sidebar
After signing in you see your Dashboard — a role-specific overview of what matters most to you (your projects, tasks, money, alerts, and quick links).
On the left-hand side is the sidebar (the navigation menu). This is your map to the whole app. The items you see are tailored to your role — a client sees different menu items than a finance manager. The sidebar is grouped into sections:
- Dashboard — your home overview, at the top.
- Daily operations — Projects (with All projects, Project requests and Land acquisition inside it), Find jobs and Job requests, Properties (with Workers & team inside it), Calendar, Messages, Files (with Documents and Gallery inside it), and Notifications. For hotels and guesthouses this section also holds Maintenance, Stock, Things to get, Enquiries, Events & extras, and People.
- Rooms — for hotels and guesthouses: Room status, Bookings, Housekeeping, Meters, Room rates, and Guests.
- Accounting — Payroll, All transactions, Payments (fund your project wallet), Payment requests, Payment approvals, Wallet management, and Analytics.
- System — Administration (Requests to approve, Team management, Settings, Audit logs, and Help & docs) and My profile.
Tips for finding your way around:
- Use the sidebar’s collapse button to make it narrow; click it again to expand it.
- Groups such as Projects, Properties, Files, and Administration open to show their pages when you click them.
- On a phone or tablet, open the sidebar with the menu button at the top of the screen. Four tabs along the bottom — Home, Projects, Tasks, and Alerts — take you straight to the pages you use most.
- The top bar has a project picker. Many pages (Files, the Rooms pages, Payroll, and others) show the project picked there. It also has a light/dark switch, the bell for your notifications, and your name — click it for My profile, Account settings, and Sign out.
3. Your Role: What You Can Do
Proxy Fidelity has nine roles. Your role decides which menu items you see and what you are allowed to do. Find yourself below.
3.1 If you are a Client
You are the owner of the project — the person the whole platform exists to serve. Your day-to-day:
- See your projects and their progress. Open Projects → All projects to view what belongs to you, then open a project to see its stages, tasks, timeline, money, photos, and documents.
- Request a new project. Open Projects → Project requests and click New request to ask for something new (buying land, building, farming, and so on). Our team reviews it, and approving it creates the project.
- Approve spending on your project. When a cost on your project is waiting for approval, open it under All transactions and click Approve — approving pays it from your project wallet. Finance and the operations team can approve it too, and only they can reject it.
- Follow your land acquisition. Open Projects → Land acquisition to see where each parcel stands: its steps, the verification layers, the risk score and its documents. The team runs it; you can read everything.
- Fund your project wallet. Open Payments, pick a project, and add money (see Section 6).
- Manage your rental properties. If you run short-lets, open Properties for the portfolio dashboard (see Journey 4).
- Stay in touch. Use Messages to talk to the Proxy Fidelity team about your project (see Section 5.8).
- Review documents and photos. Open Files → Documents for indentures, site plans and titles, and Files → Gallery for progress photos. You can view and download them.
- Watch the numbers. Open Analytics for analytics and reports on your projects, and All transactions to see how funds are being used.
3.2 If you are a Supervisor
You run the work on the ground for the projects assigned to you.
- Manage your projects and their tasks. Open Projects → All projects to see the projects you run. On a project’s Tasks tab you can create tasks, assign them to artisans, and move them forward.
- Decide on job requests. When an artisan asks for one of your open tasks, decide in Job requests.
- Upload documents and photos. Add them on the project’s Documents and Media tabs, or under Files → Documents and Files → Gallery, so the client can see progress.
- Record spending and ask for payments. Record spending on the projects you run with New transaction under All transactions, and raise Payment requests. A transaction starts as a draft — you can still edit your own drafts — and goes for approval when you Submit for approval. You cannot approve payments: a finance manager, an operations manager, an administrator or the project’s client does that. This separation keeps money safe.
- Keep everyone informed through Messages, the Calendar, and by keeping tasks up to date. Your messages reach the Proxy Fidelity team, who pass on what the client needs to know.
- Run a hotel or guesthouse. If you run one, the Rooms pages and the hotel pages under Daily operations (Maintenance, Stock, Things to get, Enquiries, Events & extras, People) are where the day’s work is recorded.
3.3 If you are an Operations Manager
You are the engine that sets projects up and keeps them staffed.
- Set up projects. Under Projects → All projects, click New project: name it, choose the client and the supervisor, add the location and the services it needs, then Send for approval. Nothing is created until it is approved.
- Review and approve project requests. Open Administration → Requests to approve to review incoming requests; approving one turns it into a live project.
- Manage people. Use Administration → Team management to add clients, supervisors, and other team members.
- Assign supervisors to projects so the right person is responsible for the work.
- Approve or reject payments under Payment approvals, as finance does.
- Void a transaction recorded in error — a duplicate, say: open it and click Void, and say why. It stays on the books marked Voided, counts towards no total, and whatever it did to the project wallet is put back. Only operations managers and super admins can void.
3.4 If you are a Finance Manager
You are the guardian of the money.
- Approve or reject payments. Use Payment approvals and Payment requests to review what has been raised, and approve or reject each one.
- Reconcile off-platform funds. Use Wallet management to see every project wallet and to record money that was paid outside the platform, so balances match reality.
- Run payroll for a property under Payroll.
- Review financial reports under Analytics → Financial reports.
3.5 If you are a Compliance Manager
You keep the platform honest and by-the-rules.
- Review audit logs. Open Administration → Audit logs to see a trustworthy record of who changed what and when.
- Look across the platform. You can see every project, its transactions, and its documents and photos.
3.6 If you are in Customer Relations
You are the friendly liaison between clients and the platform.
- Handle client communications and support through Messages. Supervisors and clients do not message each other directly — you pass on what each needs to know.
- Create project requests on behalf of clients — when a client tells you what they want, you can start the request for them so nothing gets lost.
- Review and approve project requests under Administration → Requests to approve.
- Look after guests. For hotels and guesthouses you can see bookings and work with Guests, Enquiries, and Events & extras.
3.7 If you are an Administrator or Super Admin
You have full access to the whole platform.
- Manage the team and roles. Use Administration → Team management and click Add team member to add people; open a member to edit their details and role, or to deactivate them.
- Configure the platform through Administration → Settings.
- Oversee everything — projects, reports, money, and the complete Audit logs.
- Super admin has the highest level of access of all, and can use View as in the top bar to see the platform the way another role sees it.
3.8 If you are an Artisan
You are a service provider (mason, carpenter, electrician, and so on) who does the hands-on work.
- Apply to join through the Become an Artisan page on the Proxy Fidelity website.
- Find and ask for jobs. Open Find jobs to see open tasks, and click Ask for this job on the ones that suit you (you can add a message for the supervisor). The project’s supervisor decides; the My requests tab shows the outcome.
- Work your jobs. Your dashboard lists your active jobs. Open a task and update its status as you make progress so everyone can see the work advancing. At a hotel, repair jobs given to you appear under Maintenance.
- Track your earnings. Your dashboard shows what you have been paid and what is still owed.
- Keep your profile up to date under My profile.
4. The Four Client Journeys
These are the four main things clients come to Proxy Fidelity to do. A single project can combine more than one — for example, buy land and build on it. Each walkthrough below is complete and numbered.
A note on “services”: When a project is requested, you choose the services it needs from a catalogue. The big service families are Land Acquisition, Building Construction, Farm Management, and Hotel Management. Choosing services from more than one family is what makes Journey 2 and Journey 3 simply “Journey 1 plus more.”
Journey 1 — Buy land and register it
This journey uses the Land Acquisition services. They take you from “I am looking for land” to a registered title, with safeguards afterward:
- Land Query & Search — requirements, the search, site visits, and a shortlist.
- 7-Layer Due Diligence — field intelligence, geospatial, ownership-chain, registry, customary-authority, and document-authenticity checks, conflict prediction, and a full due-diligence report.
- Land Surveying, Land Purchase & Negotiation, and Indenture Drafting & Signing.
- Lands Commission Registration — High Court stamping, valuation, submission, vetting, publication, the cadastral plan, approval, and the title certificate.
- Post-Registration Safeguards — fencing, signage, a caretaker, and a document archive — plus Land Clearing and Land Prepping if you need them.
How to start and track a land acquisition:
- Open Projects → Project requests and click New request (or, on your dashboard, choose Land acquisition under Start a new project).
- Fill in the request in four short steps: About you and the project, Services and timing (pick the land services you need and when to start), Budget, and Review and send. Click Send request. You receive an email copy.
- Our team reviews the request. Once it is approved, the project appears under Projects → All projects, and the acquisition, once the team starts it, under Projects → Land acquisition, step by step.
- Open the project and follow it through its tabs:
- Overview — the project’s details and recent activity.
- Stages — every step in order, with the documents each step needs and any payment due. A step unlocks once the one before it is complete. When a payment is due, click Pay to pay it online; after paying on Sellub you come back to this tab, the payment is checked, and the step shows it as paid.
- Timeline — your project’s progress as milestones, in plain terms.
- Tasks — the work items, and who is doing them.
- Finance — the money on the project.
- Media and Documents — progress photos, indentures, site plans, and title documents as they arrive.
- Comments — notes and questions about the project.
- Fund the purchase and fees through your Project Wallet (Section 6) as milestones are reached.
The end result: a properly surveyed, verified, and Lands Commission–registered parcel, with post-registration safeguards to protect it.
Journey 2 — Buy land, register it, and build on it
This is Journey 1 plus the Building Construction services. When you request the project, choose both the land services and the building services, so one project covers everything from empty plot to finished building.
- Complete the land steps exactly as in Journey 1 above (or have them underway).
- The construction side adds these services: Building Design (design brief, concept design, architectural drawings, structural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing design, bill of quantities), Planning & Building Permits (development and building permits, and others where needed), Artisan Assembly (the right tradespeople are brought together), Resource Acquisition (materials and equipment), the Construction itself, and Building Maintenance and Building Enhancements afterward.
- Follow construction on the project’s Stages and Timeline tabs.
- Follow along through the project’s other tabs: Tasks for the work items, Media for progress photos, Documents for permits and drawings, and Messages to talk to the team.
- Fund each stage through the Project Wallet (Section 6); watch spending in All transactions.
Because it is one project, the land and the building stay linked — you never lose the thread between “the plot I bought” and “the house going up on it.”
Journey 3 — Buy land, register it, and set up farm management
This is Journey 1 plus the Farm Management services. One project takes you from buying the land to harvesting crops.
- Complete the land steps as in Journey 1 (or have them underway).
- The farm side adds these services: Farm Planning & Permits, Farm Labor Assembly (getting workers), Farm Resource Acquisition (seeds, equipment, and supplies), and then the growing cycle — Planting Operations, Crop Management, and Harvesting & Post-Harvest.
- Follow the farm on the project’s Stages, Timeline, and Tasks tabs, with photos under Media.
- Fund inputs and labour through the Project Wallet (Section 6) and talk to the team in Messages.
Journey 4 — Manage multiple Airbnb / rental properties
This part of Proxy Fidelity is reached from the sidebar’s Properties item. It is a portfolio manager for running one or many short-let / rental properties from abroad.
4.0 The Portfolio Dashboard
Click Properties in the sidebar. The top of the page shows portfolio-wide numbers at a glance:
- Properties (and how many are active)
- Active listings (across all platforms)
- Upcoming bookings
- Revenue, 30 days and Occupancy, 30 days
- Open maintenance items
- Low-stock resources
Below the figures is the list of your properties. Click a property to open it.
4.1 Add a property
- On the Properties page, click Add property (top right).
- In the pop-up, fill in:
- Name (required) — e.g. “Cantonments 2-bedroom”.
- Type (required) — Apartment, House, Villa, Room, Studio, or Other.
- Status — Active, Inactive, or Maintenance.
- Address — street and building, city, region, country.
- Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and how many it Sleeps.
- Notes — anything worth remembering.
- Click Add property. It appears in your properties list.
Open a property to manage it. Inside, you will find six tabs: Overview, Listings, Bookings, Money, Maintenance, and Resources. At the top are quick counts (active listings, upcoming bookings, open maintenance, low-stock resources).
4.2 Overview tab — edit or archive a property
- Click Edit to change the name, type, status, address, room counts, or notes, then Save.
- Click Archive to retire a property. It is set to inactive rather than deleted, so its listings, bookings, and figures are kept — and you can make it active again by editing it.
4.3 Listings tab — add a per-platform listing
Each property can be listed on several platforms at once. To add one:
- Open the property and go to the Listings tab.
- Click Add listing.
- Choose the Platform — Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Direct, or Other.
- Set the Status (Active, Paused, or Inactive).
- Add a Title, the Link (the public web address of the listing, starting with https://), the nightly rate (A night (GH₵)), and optionally the Platform’s listing ID and notes.
- Click Add listing. The listing appears in the table; its title links straight to the live listing. Use the edit or remove buttons on its row any time — removing it here does not touch the listing on the platform itself.
4.4 Bookings tab — log a guest booking
- Open the property and go to the Bookings tab.
- Click New booking.
- Enter the Guest and their Contact, where the booking came From (the platform), and the Status (Pending, Confirmed, Completed, or Cancelled).
- Pick the Check-in – check-out dates. The number of nights is calculated automatically from those dates.
- Enter the Gross amount, the Platform fee, and any Cleaning fee. The Net amount — what you receive — is calculated for you: the gross, less the platform fee, plus the cleaning fee the guest paid.
- Click Add booking. The booking shows in the table with guest, dates, nights, gross, net, and status.
- Use the status filter at the top to show only Pending, Confirmed, and so on.
- Use the edit button to change a booking, or the cancel button to cancel one. A cancelled booking stays on record but stops counting towards income and occupancy.
4.5 Money tab — read your numbers
Open the Money tab to see, for that property:
- Income, Expenses, and Profit.
- Occupancy rate, and how many bookings it is based on.
- A chart of income and expenses by month, and a Monthly breakdown table showing income, expenses, and profit month by month.
There is nothing to fill in here — it is calculated from your bookings and maintenance costs.
4.6 Maintenance tab — raise a request and assign a worker
- Open the property and go to the Maintenance tab.
- Click New request.
- Say What needs doing, pick its Kind (Cleaning, Repair, Inspection, Upgrade, or Other), a Priority (Low, Medium, High, or Urgent), and a Status (Open, Scheduled, In progress, Completed, or Cancelled).
- Optionally set Scheduled for, Done on, a Cost (GH₵), and more Detail.
- Click Add request.
- To assign a worker, use the drop-down in the Assigned to column of that request and pick a person. (Workers come from your Workers & team list — see 4.8.)
- Use the status filter to focus on open items, and the edit button to update a request as work proceeds.
4.7 Resources tab — track supplies and linen
- Open the property and go to the Resources tab.
- Click Add resource.
- Enter a Name, a Category (Linen, Toiletries, Kitchen, Furniture, Equipment, or Other), what it is Counted in (e.g. pcs, sets), How many you have, the level to Reorder at, and the Cost each.
- Click Add resource.
- In the resources table you can quickly adjust stock with the + and – buttons on each row (for example when a guest checks out and you use up towels).
- When a resource’s count falls to or below its reorder level, its Stock column shows Low so you know to restock. This also feeds the “Low-stock resources” count on the dashboard.
4.8 Workers & team — manage your people
Under Properties in the sidebar there is a Workers & team page for your pool of cleaners, handymen, managers, and others used across all your properties.
- Open Properties → Workers & team.
- Click Add worker.
- Enter a Name, choose a Role (Cleaner, Handyman, Manager, Gardener, Security, or Other), and set whether they are Active (offered for jobs).
- Add their Phone and Email, and set their Rate (GH₵) and how they are Charged (Per job, Per hour, or Per month).
- Click Add worker. They now appear in the list and can be assigned to maintenance requests on any property.
- Use the edit button to change details, or Deactivate to take someone out of the active pool (their past jobs and payments are kept).
5. Feature How-Tos
Short, practical steps for the rest of the app. What you see depends on your role.
5.1 Dashboard
Your dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It is a role-specific overview — a client sees their projects, payments, and documents, a manager sees work needing attention. If you own a hotel or guesthouse run on the platform, your dashboard shows that property. Click Dashboard in the sidebar (or Home on a phone) any time to return to it.
5.2 Projects and Project Requests
- See projects: Open Projects → All projects, then click a project to open its page. Its tabs are described in Journey 1.
- Request a project (clients and customer relations): Open Projects → Project requests and click New request. Fill in the four steps and click Send request. Anyone can also reach this form from the sign-in page, without an account. If you did not have an account, one is created for you when the request is approved, and your sign-in details are emailed to you.
- Set up a project (operations and admins): Under Projects → All projects, click New project. Fill in the project name, description, client, supervisor, and location, then choose the Services from the catalogue — the form shows an estimated duration and budget for the services you pick. Click Send for approval.
- Approve requests (operations, admins, and customer relations): Open Administration → Requests to approve. Approving a request creates the project and sets up its stages from the services chosen.
5.3 Tasks / Jobs (and the artisan job flow)
- Everyone: Open a project and go to its Tasks tab to see its work items, and open a task to see its detail. On a phone, the Tasks tab at the bottom of the screen lists them too.
- Artisans: Open Find jobs to see open tasks. To take one, click Ask for this job. The project’s supervisor decides; once approved, the task is yours, and you update its status as you progress so the client and team can follow along.
- Supervisors and admins: Decide on artisans’ requests in Job requests.
5.4 Transactions and approvals
- See money movements: Open All transactions to view transactions; each shows its status. The Analytics tab on the same page shows the figures.
- Record spending (supervisors, operations, finance, admins): Click New transaction. It starts as a Draft; click Submit for approval on the transaction when it is ready, and it becomes Pending approval. Payouts to workers are raised as Payment requests (see Section 6.3).
- Approve (finance managers, operations managers and administrators): Open Payment approvals to approve or reject what is waiting, or open the transaction and use Approve or Reject. A client can approve (not reject) what is waiting on their own project. Approving pays it from the project wallet; rejecting an approved one puts that money back. Keeping approval separate from recording keeps spending controlled.
- Void a mistake (operations managers and super admins): Open the transaction and click Void, with the reason — for a duplicate, say. It stays in the list marked Voided and no longer counts towards any total.
- A transaction’s status changes only through these buttons — Submit for approval, Approve, Reject, Void — so every change is recorded and the wallet stays right.
5.5 Files: Documents and Gallery
- Documents: Open Files → Documents for formal paperwork — indentures, site plans, titles, permits, contracts, and reports.
- Gallery: Open Files → Gallery for photos and videos, such as construction progress or property images.
- Both show the project picked in the top bar. The project’s supervisor and the operations team can add files with Upload documents or Upload photos (on a project’s page, Upload adds them to that project); clients and artisans can view and download them — an artisan’s work photos go with the task. The same files are on the project’s Documents and Media tabs.
5.6 Calendar
Open Calendar to see scheduled dates and events for your projects and work. For a hotel, it also shows the rooms and their bookings.
5.7 Notifications
Click the bell in the top bar, or open Notifications in the sidebar, to see your alerts — approvals, updates, messages, and status changes. On the Notifications page, the Settings tab lets you choose how we reach you (email, browser pop-ups, or text message) and what about.
5.8 Messages
Open Messages for in-app conversations between you and the Proxy Fidelity team. It keeps all conversation about a project in one place, so decisions and updates are never lost in scattered emails or WhatsApp threads.
- Conversations are started by the Proxy Fidelity office team, who add the right people. Once you are in one, open it and type to reply.
- Supervisors and clients do not message each other directly. The team — usually customer relations — passes on what each needs to know.
5.9 Reports and Analytics
Open Analytics (under Accounting). Its tabs depend on your role:
- Overview — analytics on your projects.
- Rooms — occupancy and room performance, for hotels.
- Project reports — progress across projects.
- Financial reports — money across the platform, for finance and admins.
5.10 Team and Settings (admin)
- Team management: Under Administration → Team management, see everyone with an account. Click Add team member to add someone; open a member to see their details, edit them, change their role, or deactivate them.
- Settings: Open Administration → Settings to configure the platform — users, branding, roles, workflow templates, and dashboards.
- Audit logs: Open Administration → Audit logs for the trustworthy record of who changed what and when.
- Help & docs: Under Administration, find Help & docs — how roles, permissions, and workflow templates work.
5.11 Profile
Open My profile (in the sidebar, or from your name in the top bar) to update your photo, name, phone, company, and department. Keep your phone number current — your sign-in codes are sent to it. The same page lets you change your password.
6. Payments and Your Project Wallet
Every project has a wallet. You fund the wallet, and the project spends from it — so you always have one clear balance and a full history of what came in and what went out.
6.1 How to fund your project wallet
- Click Payments in the sidebar. This opens the Project wallet.
- At the top, choose a project. The wallet shows the project’s Available balance, Total funded, Total spent, and how much of the funding has been used, plus its Wallet history.
- Click Fund the wallet.
- Enter the amount. There are quick-amount buttons (100, 500, 1,000, and 5,000) to save typing. The minimum is GH₵10.
- Click Continue to Sellub. You are taken to Sellub’s secure checkout page to pay.
- After paying, you are brought back to the app. Your payment is checked automatically and the wallet is credited — you will see a “Payment received” message and the balance update.
If the payment is still pending when you come back, it shows in the wallet once it is confirmed. You can click the refresh button next to the project picker to check again.
Only a project’s client can fund its wallet.
6.2 Watching your money
- The wallet’s Wallet history lists every credit, debit, and reconciliation with its date, description, and amount.
- Click The project’s transactions (or open All transactions in the sidebar) for the full transaction list on that project.
- When spending on your project is approved, it is paid from the project wallet. If the wallet does not have enough, you get a notification asking you to add funds.
6.3 Payouts to workers (staff)
Paying out money — to a bank account or a mobile money wallet — goes through Payment requests. A supervisor, operations manager, or client raises a request, and a finance manager approves it (or an administrator or operations manager) before money goes out; an approved request shows as Disbursed. Finance also uses Wallet management to record payments made outside the platform, so every wallet balance matches reality.
7. FAQ and Troubleshooting
I signed in but I’m stuck on a screen asking for a code. That is the two-step security check and it is normal. Enter the six-digit code we sent by text message to the phone number on your account, and continue. It keeps your account safe even if someone knows your password.
My code didn’t arrive / I entered the wrong code. Double-check you typed all six digits correctly. If the code has not arrived or has expired, click Send a new code (it becomes available after a short countdown). You can also click Back to sign in to start again. If your account has no phone number, we cannot send a code — contact support to have one added.
I don’t see my project. Projects appear when you are their client, their supervisor, or working on them. If a project is missing: check that your request has been approved (a request that has not been approved yet shows under Project requests, not as a project). If it should be there, contact your operations manager or an administrator to check.
I don’t see a menu item that this guide mentions. The sidebar is tailored to your role. For example, only finance and admin staff see Wallet management, and the Administration group only shows the pages your role can use. If you believe you need access to something you can’t see, ask an administrator to review your role.
I paid but my wallet balance hasn’t changed. Payments are usually credited as soon as you return from the checkout. If not, click the refresh button on the Payments page. A payment that is still pending will show once it is confirmed. If it still doesn’t appear after a while, note the amount and time and contact support.
What’s the difference between a “Payment Request” and “Payments”? Payments (the Project wallet) is where a client adds money to a project. Payment requests ask for money to be paid out — to a worker or supplier, for example — and must be approved by a finance manager before money moves.
How long does buying land take? It depends on the land and on registration at the Lands Commission, which is usually the longest part. You can watch every stage on your project’s Stages and Timeline tabs.
Can one project cover land, building, and farming together? Yes. A project is built from the services chosen when it is requested. Choosing Land Acquisition plus Building Construction (or plus Farm Management) means one project covers the whole journey, and everything stays linked together.
Who can approve spending? A finance manager, an operations manager or an administrator — and the client, for spending on their own project. Supervisors and others can record spending and submit it, but the approval is deliberately kept separate so money is always controlled.
Welcome aboard. Take it one section at a time — sign in, find your role, and follow the journey that fits what you’re doing. Proxy Fidelity is here to make managing land, building, farming, and property back home safe, clear, and completely in your view.
