Is Sellub free?
Yes — Type 1 (Marketplace Store) is completely free. We take a small percentage of each sale; there are no monthly fees, signup fees, or hidden charges.
Type 2 (Branded Store) has a monthly subscription that includes a custom domain, advanced branding, and a 7-day free trial.
How long does approval take?
24–48 hours for most applications. We email you with the result.
Can I have more than one store type?
Yes — you can run a marketplace listing and a branded store from the same seller account. Switch channels from the dropdown in the top-left of the dashboard.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay via Paystack. Funds settle to your Sellub wallet automatically when orders are delivered. You can then withdraw to your bank or Mobile Money account at any time. See Getting paid.
When are funds available to withdraw?
After an order is marked Delivered, funds settle to your wallet typically within a few hours. Withdrawals to Mobile Money are usually instant; bank withdrawals settle in 1 business day.
What happens if a customer asks for a refund?
Open the order → Refund. Choose which items, the refund amount, and whether to return items to stock. The customer is refunded via the original payment method within 1–3 business days. See Handling orders → Refunds.
Can I sell digital products?
Currently Sellub is optimised for physical goods. Digital products (downloads, services) are on the roadmap. Email support@sellub.com if you need this — we want to hear about your use case.
Can I import my products from another platform?
Bulk import is coming. For now, products are added manually via Products → Add New Product. If you have a large catalog (50+ products), contact support@sellub.com and we’ll help with a one-time import.
Can I have multiple staff on my account?
Currently one admin account per seller. Multi-user support is on the roadmap.
What if my custom domain verification fails?
Double-check the CNAME record at your DNS provider matches what we show you. DNS changes can take up to 48 h to propagate. If it still fails after 48 h, email support@sellub.com with your domain and we’ll help.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Subscriptions → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; your data is preserved if you decide to come back.
