Credentials
You sign in with your Sellub admin email and password. Production credentials are issued by an existing SuperAdmin — see Managing admins.
First sign-in (new admins)
Use your temporary password
Sign in with the temporary password the SuperAdmin shared with you over a secure channel.
Change your password immediately
Profile (top-right) → Security → Change Password. Use a password manager.
Verify your role chip
In the top-right of the dashboard you’ll see your role chip (e.g. Platform Support). If it’s wrong, ask the SuperAdmin to fix it before you start working.
Trouble signing in?
| Symptom | Likely cause | Fix |

| ”Invalid credentials” | Wrong password | Use Forgot password to reset |
| ”Unauthorized” after correct password | Account disabled | Ask a SuperAdmin to re-enable in admins.json |
| Sign in succeeds but no menus appear | Role has no permissions | See Troubleshooting → Empty dashboard |
| Can’t see other channels in the channel switcher | Role limited to one channel | Expected — request access if needed |

Never share admin credentials. Each admin must have their own account so audit logs are accurate.
