What you can do as a platform admin
- Approve or reject seller applications
- Investigate and resolve orders, refunds, and disputes
- Look up customers across all channels
- Manage sellers (suspend, reset, change tier)
- Curate the marketplace catalog
- Reconcile finance (payouts, fees, transactions)
- Manage other admins and roles
