What you can do as a platform admin

  • Approve or reject seller applications
  • Investigate and resolve orders, refunds, and disputes
  • Look up customers across all channels
  • Manage sellers (suspend, reset, change tier)
  • Curate the marketplace catalog
  • Reconcile finance (payouts, fees, transactions)
  • Manage other admins and roles
